This tattoo is based off the painting “Swift and swallow in flight” -Basil Ede 1960 There are many meanings for Swallow tattoos but the client let me know about his intention for the symbolism. There are two Swallows represented here. Swallows are monogamous which means they choose one mate for their entire life. True soulmates, with deep connection and commitment to their partner.
